Working with a trusted network of builders and craftsmen, we will manage your project from start to finish, or can work with your own trusted suppliers and contractors. Precision and broad experience is what makes our projects run smoothly to complete on time and on budget.

Planning & Building Regulations

Whether it's talking to Planning Officers or Building Inspectors, we will take the design through the planning and building control submissions to obtain relevant consents ready for the construction phase.

Lifetime Homes

At MarbleAir, we care about durability and adaptability of our design; so the spaces could be used in long-term, regardless of age or mobility. Therefore, if you require adding the living space for a carer or adapting your home or office to your changing needs - we would be more then happy to assist.

Interior Design

As Architects and Structural Engineers, space planning is our strength. Whether it's a kitchen, a bespoke bathroom or a staircase, we can take an expert view of the subject and advance basic plans to your needs and wishes, bringing that extra design dimension.

'When I decided to remodel my house, I knew I wanted something a bit different. Anna designed a great new layout, which turned my boring 70's house, into a fantastic modern, light and bright house, doubling the size of the bedrooms, and opening up the downstairs, producing an area which, as a family, we now use much better. The red cedar cladding on the extension looks amazing - I have had many complimentary comments on the design, from passers by. Anna kept careful records of all costs, and the project only just crept over budget, due to some unforeseen costs. I would recommend Anna to others, as she has a lot of good ideas. Anna also managed the project, which made things a lot easier for me.'
